On indian tracks/asian tracks a Raina is a better bowler than Varun Aroon and Umesh yadav for a T 20.....if India creates such Pitches - will India ever win in australia and england..... if we wanna fast bowlers we need to have fast Pitches.. I guess in bangladesh all flat piches will bore us till death where small spinners will look dangerous and even good pacers wud be hit for sixes.... we will unearth few good Spinners for Sure from IPL in Bangladesh... but i dont think we need more Spinners.

Indeed the IPL and limited overs performances are no indicator to how India could perform in the test series in England. Batting wise the responsibility will purely be on Pujara and Kohli as the only two batsmen who have the quality to perform outside their comfort zones. Raina, Rohit and the others who'll be selected are highly unlikely to show the balls to fight it out. Bowling wise, well we know india have nothing. The only positive on that front is that England might be in a state of transition and are looking to rebuild after a disastrous winter. It would be a good time to play them.

I'd still back England to win but it would be narrower than 2010 coz Pakistan batting has increased in quality although pacers have decreased a lot in quality too. Maybe a 1-0/2-0 to England.

Plus we used to have Kumble who could chip in with a wicket or two to support seamers. We are devoid of wicket taking bowlers in both spin and pace department

UAE suited your strong spin attack, would be different in England. If they could wreck the Aussie batting line up in those conditions, Pak's should be a cake walk.
