Despite what the media is reporting, there is no way the Big 3 made the PCB such an offer. Big 3 new they could buy their 8 votes much cheaper. BCB, SLC, CSA were all bought at zero cost to the Big 3. Why would the Big 3 make the PCB an equal and fork over 200$ million or whatever the cited amount was? PCB is essentially saying the Big 3 offered them 200$ million for a vote they could have gotten and ended up getting for free instead. Yeah effing right!
