I wish Dhoni had given up captaincy after 2011 WC. Now Imran Khan seems to be way ahead again. This many away test losses will always be a dark stain on his captaincy. Also Dhoni does not seem to be leaving any players for the future? Maybe Kohli and Pujara but dunno whether he deserves any credit there

Dhobi's terrible captain. Absolutely no leadership shown overseas ever. Imran was atleast an ATG an mvp for his side. When dhobi retires i am sure he would himself want people to forget he captained india in tests as well .

On a neutral site , the Jharkandi wouldnt even get 5% of the votes . This voting pattern is similar to Pakis opening an Inzy v/s SRT thread ,then voting en masses for Inzy and then claiming victory for their " Champ ". So this is more of an India v/s Pakistan comparison instead of Dhoni v/s Imran . Dhoni is a laughing stock as far as being a Test Skipper is concerned, the closest any Indian skipper could get to Imran was Dada.

I don't know about IK but Dhoni is probably the worst test captain that I have seen outside SC.

IK has 14 wins as captain out of which 5 are away from home, he had arguably the best bowling attack from sub continent. He was as conservative captain as dhobi was if not worse. IK as a captain tactically was exposed in 1988 series when other than home umpires he had a very strong team but could not force even single win against India. If not for home based umpiring I don't think he would have had even 14 wins.So give me a break about IK's great captaincy. IK's great skill as captain was he united utterly chaotic players who had their own agendas.

Imran - If Imran was playing now he would have stood at the other end of the pitch and while stylishly flicked his hair would have made a loud sound ' Dishum' making a gun shape with his right arm and got all the batsmen out and would proceed to blow off the real steam puffing out of his fingers. Imran was also the fastest ever....fastest to the core...he could bowl with above 230 miles per second speed. But bottle caps are the only problem, he had a strange fetish to it. Dhoni - Mediocre. Only won World Cup, test no 1 mace, World t20, IPL twice and CL once...which is very par for the course. Also note that although humans evolve in every aspect of intelligence, cricketers do not evolve as a matter of fact they dimnish continuously..so much so that in an other 200 years it is expected that all cricketers will become monkeys.
