What would be your Bowlers for ENG tour?

How does it matter? Basics are same. He was bowling around 135 or more last time I saw him. He is now bowling 127-128. You need some pace no matter what the conditions are. We better play BK then if we want swing.

I did not watch him in Deodhar Trophy so you may be right.though one series may be too small sample Also hes different from BK as hes tall and can get bounce with swing too

Thing is he is not really tall like Ishant, Morkel, or Broad. He is as tall as James Anderson. He can get bounce, but at least needs pace of Anderson.

Both ashwin & jaddu in england no way. Better pick someone like bumrah who gets natural inswing with his action & doesn't depend too much on pitch.

Check again...I said Mishra not Jaddu Pommies don't play spin well..irrespective of conditions. Shane Warne mesmerized them in Ashes 05 and I expect Mishra to repeat the same feat :beee: Moreover we are expecting good summer this year here (touchwood) so pitches will assist spinners :two_thumbs_up:

Last time around pommies thumped mishra. He pissed his pants & started bowling no balls & half trackers. He is a minnow basher & starts wetting himself when attacked. Better to try out some other leggie & have nohit bowl offies.

I'm torn about Bhuvi. I can imagine banging my head against a wall when he takes the outside edge but bounces short of Dhoni because he has no pace. Is Yadav in good form? Looked decent at the start of the Australian tour a couple of years ago but yet to see any consistency. Aaron is a loose cannon isn't he? Could start spraying it about and getting hammered for runs. As much as we hate trundlers, we also need to balance out the need for line and length. Because England batsmen won't be troubled by any pace. If you get a 90mph+ bowler being erratic he will go for big runs.

A bowler inducing edges is a good thing, the keeper is to blame for standing too far back.

Did you see him bowl vs aus in odi series & sa in wc he looked like a deer caught in headlights. Also in irani trophy vs roi he looked clueless. He can't bowl unless its a dustbowl. And there ain't gonna be many of them in eng.
