MI and CSK are 2 teams who don't give many chances to their domestic bunch. Look at how Dhawal and Chahal was used in MI.

They will get better with time. Likes of Shami, Umesh, BK, Aaron, Pandey, Dhawal, Bumrah, VPS, Shukla, Suyal, warrier, Rajpoot, Shardul, Chahar, etc.

If T20 he bowls 133, then in Test it will be 129, 130 in second spell.

BK also bowls 133. Still it will be better if he puts more effort and try to improve his pace in 135-140 range.
