Pcb is a joke. A utter embarrassement for those of us who follow Pakistan cricket.

PCB is not an autonomous body which means there will be frequent interference from higher authorities and changing of chairmen. But that is not all bad ... change can be good sometimes and fresh ideas are needed. Also it prevents situations like you have in India where one man Srini tries to dominate everything.
