WI Series ----

ODI Pacers ---- Not bad

Prasidh

Siraj

Avesh

Shardul

Deepak

T20I Pacers ---- Too many trundlers

Siraj

Avesh

Bhuvi. ......  Why again  ?  Why  ?

Shardul

Deepak

Harshal

4 Trundlers + 2 Quicks

Big chance that we will see 3 trundlers play together with no quicks, like we saw against NZ.

Welll our quicks can't bat for ****. So we need one extra trundler.

4 trundlers are in T20Is.

And if proper batsmen are chosen, batting till 8 is sufficient.

True. But we have nepotism quota. Seniority quota. Political based state support quota. Factor that in and we will be lucky to have 3 batsmen.

We are facing Pakistan sometime in October in the next T20 World Cup.

Pakistan may field Shaheen, Rauf and may be even Dahani / Hasnain . All these guys can bowl fast.

And if Bumrah has a niggle, we may have a full trundler attack of Bhuvi, Deepak and Shardul / Harshal who will just float the ball up.

We are taking a big big risk with such a pop-gun attack.

I wouldn't be surprised if we smash them after all the smack talk. Pakistanis have a tendency to talk big after one win lmao.

In saying that, trundlers are not the way to go in t20.

We are giving them the scope to talking big by selecting pop gun pace attacks by choice.

6 Pandu

7 thakur

8 chahar

9 Undacutta

10 bhuvi kumar

11 rishi dhawan

Batting till 10

Can anyone best this side? Tbh deep batting is not a bad idea but thakur and chahr should be 4th and 5h option in bowling. Not 3rd and 4th.

Peak Shoaib Akhtar would have broken sound barrier on these PSL speed guns.

TBH PSL speed guns seem pretty accurate as most of the bowlers clocking similar speeds in International matches. Shaheen and Rauf clocked very similar speeds in t20 world cup to that of PSL 6. BBL speedguns usually show exaggerated speeds and the speed guns at IPL 2019 were too showing higher speeds, someone like wood would've broken 100 miles barrier on those speedguns

Archer did play and didn't break 100 mph barrier. Lockie Ferguson as well. All three are at par in terms of top pace.

Wood is easily quickest of the three. Rabada bowled 154+ in that Ipl but in internationals his top speed was 150kph.Similarly Shami, Stokes, Prasid and most of the bowlers were clocking 3-5 kph higher than their usual speeds

Or maybe they were just tired from Ipl and dint give a **** about international t20 Lel.

No one cares about t20 WC tbh. Unless india beats Pakistan in the final of t20 WC, it doesn't mean much to India. Even after 2007 win vs pakistan, no one cared about t20 WC.

In Australia, literally no one even batted an eyelid over their t20 WC win. Stop making it a big deal guys.

Tests are the most important format of cricket followed by of WC. All these biscuit leagues like t20 WC, champions trophy, Asia cup and bilaterals in particular don't mean squat.

I dont care even if bilaterals happened right before WC, no team is supposed to peak early for bilaterals. India spanked kiwis full strength side 4 -1 away before WC in 2019. Guess what they beat us in semis albeit in a 2 day game. I am 100% sure most would want to be in kiwis position rather than India.
