Meredith really went nowhere...  Didn't help that getting through Aussie pace stocks isn't easy.  Never got a long run.

Injuries & a poor stint in IPl did not help him.  Should be good enough for PSL CPL still.

Apart from Starc, Cummins, Josh, they hardly have any good pacers.

Scott Boland ran through Poms in Ashes...  There are few others in the line too...  Who constantly outperform Meredith in Sheild cricket.

Jhye had superb debut test series vs SL in 2019 & was never given a run.

In limited overs likes of Nathan Ellis are struggling to find place in T20 side which is weird as he is probablyost in form death bowler in world right now apart from Rauf.

None of the three are really top level talent. Jhy is Indian Agarkar. He is too short for them and too injury prone

Kuldeep Sen has got to bowl only 4 overs in 3 matches in SMAT. Did not get the new ball in 2 of those matches.

Yes, he has not been economical so far but bowling just 1 over in a match does not alliow any fast bowler to settle down or find rhythm.

He was a sort of backup for Team India in the Asia Cup ... strange that such a bowler is not getting to bowl for his state team.

This is how we slow down the development process of genuine fast bowlers.
