Back to back 4 continuous balls above 145k's in the longer format of the game! And that is something not a single Pakistani bowler can do. For that matter, perhaps not even an Australian!

And what do you do with that talent? You sit him out.. ofcourse!

Commentators said one thing just at the start of Umran's last over
"All this pace and speed is good for ooh, aah and excitements, but you need to stick to a length and pitch the ball there with accuracy for wickets".

I don't know why 99.9% Indians assume that pace and accuracy can't come together.

Have they not watched Bumrah, Cummins or Rabada  !!!!

Like @express bowling bro said feel like spitting on these commentators. With thinking like this no wonder many promising quicks turn into trundlers. Are these people blind? We are winning test matches abroad because of our very good fast bowlers who actually bowl quick and they still make statements like these. Unbelievable. Don't know when this type of thinking will stop.

Mentality change at grass root level is needed for that, unfortunately, that change is still a bit far.
But as a welcome sign, I am happy that we are getting bowlers who are fast + accurate.
Just a bit more support from the selectors, and it will start a trend for the budding pacers.

If retired Ranji players are hostile towards genuine quicks on a day when they pick 6 wickets amongst themselves and dismiss the opposition for 98, just image what they go through on normal days and poor days.

People criticize the IPL, but without it Umran or Sen would never have got preference.

Most failed ex-cricketers bring nothing but toxicity to the table. They seem to have an agenda against people with real talent.
