Metronomical accuracy. Same thing in the first match. This is what he needs to do now.   His loss of pace and he can't be the X factor bowler anymore.  Gotta substitute that with ruthless line and length.

Bumrah always had metronomical accuracy, even when he was bowling 145 k at will. 

 

Regarding his pace, it is possible that he will get quicker as he plays more matches and feels comfortable with his body.

Agree, also I think he is holding himself off and not going flat out as we have to do a lot of travelling and this is a big event. I think Indian team is travelling most in this Cup.

 

A fit Bumrah just lifts our overall bowling attack by multiple levels, him being there allows the captain to have liberty to use other bowlers as per the need, coz they know they have a dependable bank for 10 overs.

Bumrah is okay regarding pace ,he was never 145+ regularly like an Umesh or Starc or Rauf

Preinjury speeds are obviously more,still

He used up speed when needed

Despite returning from injury he peaks at 145 from very humid to scorching heat +humid conditions

Pitches are slow here and will get slower with WC progressing

Good that he's saving energy

Too much Heat to consistently bowl quick. Neither recommended looking at possible injuries.

This boy is electric. Super quick at 18, must play u19 wc next year.

Pitch has slowed down but bounce still there,not easy for strokeplay now.Need to take a lot of time to get used to such conditions only after that can play shots.No dew either.

 

It's like UAE.
