He is taking his bowling arm behind the right ear to delay the release and minimize lateral flexion which many knee dominant bowlers do. Though I don't like this loading but it reminds me of Nahid Rana and Ali Raza who both do the same.

I'm not particularly talking about Mohanty, obviously it won't look exactly like him But gives little glimpses of him Let me see amount of flexion he had before

Action has lots of inconsistency,at this age muscle memory is quite important factor associated with a certain action where you feel you are most comfortable with to operate at pace Mosher, raki05 and Vk1 1 2
