They were probably planning Harshit as No.8 batter and 4th pacer ... but he got injured.

You might as well play 5 fast bowlers, still won't defend lallu scores

That's a different issue.

 

Maybe solved with

 

Jaiswal in place of Rohit 

Hardik in place of Washington 

Jurel / Rahul as keeper batsman.

This is a worry for me. 

 

The moment Indian captains and coaches see an Indian express pacer, they instruct him to bowl too many short balls.

 

I am sure, left to himself, Gurnoor would have bowled a few more stump directed balls. And might have picked a wicket or two more.

English lower order in addition to bowling well bails them out and our fakers fails us..kick the losers out of the team..
