India have complained to ICC on an incident involving Jadeja and Anderson in the 1st Test

Well I hope Jadeja is alright I heard he had a MRI and CAT scan that revealed mild butthurt. England will argue that it was preexisting butthurt from phainty during NZ series.
Not as butthurt as the phainta pakis received in Zimbabwe and saf :phehehe:

he should have. But the point is that its not a contact sport. I could be that dhoni wants to stop the sledging from england are this is a pre emptive strike to put them on notice.
I also think that way. This is definitely not an isolated incident. Througout the match something must have been going on. Indian think tank probably wanted to put a lid on it .

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/cricket/international/england/10969758/James-Anderson-v-Ravindra-Jadeja-explained.html What is James Anderson accused of? The International Cricket Council has charged Anderson with a ‘level three’ offence under its code of conduct. The specific offence here is outlined in the code as the “threat of assault on another player, player support personnel, or any other person (including a spectator) during an international match”. Level three can also cover conduct which is “contrary to the spirit of the game” or “brings the game into disrepute”. Who is accusing him? Offences can be reported by umpires, team managers, or the ICC chief executive. In this case, it was Sunil Dev, the India team manager, who laid the charge, although it is likely he will have been instructed by M S Dhoni, the captain. The ICC’s head of legal has reviewed the report and decided there is a case for Anderson to answer. What happens next? More serious offences (level three and four) move to a hearing under a judicial commissioner, who is a member of the ICC’s code of conduct commission. A preliminary hearing takes place by telephone, when the date for a full hearing is set. The code says that, unless there are “exceptional circumstances”, or an agreement by the ICC and the England and Wales Cricket Board (representing Anderson), the full hearing should take place within 14 days of the charge. Both sides are expected to submit an outline of their argument in advance and witnesses they will call. The hearing normally takes place in the country in which the offence is committed. Anderson will be told he must attend, as will Dev. A ruling will be used within 48 hours of the hearing and written reasons published. If Anderson is guilty, what punishment does he face? If he is found to have committed a level three offence, the range of sanctions for a first offence is between four and eight ICC suspension points. A one-day match equates to one point, a Test match is worth two, so Anderson would be banned for between four and eight one-day matches, or between two and four Test matches. If he is found guilty of a lesser offence, he may be fined. Can Anderson appeal? Yes. He will have seven days to do so, and the case will then come before an appeals panel, who will hold a hearing within 30 days of being convened.
