In two years everyone will agree that Bhuvi is a better Test batsman than Dhoni - mark my words.
2 years before you told Rohit sharma will rule the bowlers .. now warming the bench :giggle:

I said he will do well if he is given chances. He has played 10 Test innings so far and has made 2 hundreds and a fifty. If he is given more chances he will do well.

You inability to see the obvious (that Dhoni is not good enough to be part of the Test team) is stunning.
The funniest thing is, he an dVelu were the once always taking pot-shots at Sachin fans, talking about fanboyism and now they have turned into absolute blind fans themsevles

yeah the Renjit guy..:cantstop:
I didn't :winky:. Its too poor a comparison to vote. One is an 84 tests veteran with 4500+ test runs (3rd in the all time list for wicket keeper batsmen) and another just played his 3rd innings outside sc with 200+ test runs. As velu mentioned, its like comparing sachin with amit mishra based on few innings :haha:

Dhoni's mentoring the batsmen yaar like the fab 4 mentored our young batsmen over the last 3-4 years (without vacating their spots)
More like the young batsmen are mentoring Dhoni...I'm mean what meaningful advice can Dhoni really impart on batting overseas? He has no credentials himself

Which fool voted for Dhoni ?
Three are definite: Sidhoni Yoda-esque velu Who are the other two? :hmmm: Maybe it's Raina and his nephew? or could it be dhoni and sakshi?

MSD groomed sachin too :finger: if i translate your logic to tennis , to coach nadal , coach shld be better than him :giggle:
Yeah but Nadal's coach doesn't play himself as Nadal's doubles partner (bringing the overall strength of the team down and make him lose), he coaches from the sidelines....which nicely reinforces the point that the sidelines is Dhoni's rightful home

So now coaching = grooming and when Sachin, Dravid were grooming youngsters, we had fired our coach. Velu and his Dhonista logic :giggle:

This has to be the OTT thread of the decade. When I opened this thread in the morning, it was 22-0 for Bhuvi till I made it 22-1. Two 50s and Bhuvi is now better than Dhoni, one more fifty and then he'll be better than Dhawan I am sure! Bleddy nonsense to the power infinity. Maybe Anderson is better at home than Prior as well.

Bhuvis technique defintetely looks better than jaddu, dhoni and dhawan for sure.....infact more than technique it's temperament....so valid poll......now I always believed dhoni for all the criticism he gets had never a of steel and a solid temperament but clearly it is no longer there in test cricket.

Have to say even binny looks good with his technique compared to those 3....the problem is how bad they are but how bad their effort is.....my respect for vijay has increased since the s.a series....even in Nzl he was an unsung hero on tough pitches :hatsoff:

Ya he never looks like an idiot which Dhoni manages every time ball shows a hint of movement. His only problem is converting the start after doing the hard yards.
