CSA and BCCI go far back.It was BCCI which helped get CSA back into ICC. Even now BCCI is powerful in ICC but with allies called ECB and CA. BCCI was always the money bags of Asia and then world cricket.See how BCCI has refused to share money and hence other asian boards cannot hold the WC on their own now.
