Last 4 years he has been in the top ICC rankigns.. last 3 years or so in the top 4 rankings without dropping once. How is he over-rated. Sure his test form has completely gone down. He only got chance to play so many balls when conditions are tough like this 2nd ODI, How many times have you seen both Raina and Dhoni comes to bat before 30th over? and again, you always not batting first right.. at times you needs to chase.. While chasing he hardly get chance to bat, even if he gets, there might not be enough runs or enough balls to score those hundreds. His role is well defined, First steady the sinking ship, up the scoring rate, get out... then field well, save runs.... took occasional wickets. Thas all. He is doing everything exceptionally well, yet people want hundreds which is not practically possible. He is much more valuable than anyone in this team..

I dont get how anyone can question his presence in the ODI team- very good ltd overs bat. Though yes he has been in a bit of rough form, but come on we give some people really long ropes he has earned one in ODIs And Raina is one of MSDs chums anyway. He has his technical flaws, but cant fault the guy for hard work and he is ice cool under pressure. I love Raina
