Umesh is fast Yes but not super fast and I personally don't think he is a great bowler. Not trying to defend Dhoni's bizzare one over spells for Umesh but he didn't bowl well in the overs he got and there are no excuses for that.

How on earth did he not bowl well, he was 21 for 1 after 4 overs

But there are occasions when your handling of fast bowlers becomes crucial, like in overseas tests or ODIs in Aus, SA and NZ. His captaincy has failed in that till now, lets see how it works this time

I saw only first two overs of the Umesh when I was sitting in office canteen and he was bowling well. Picked a wicket too. Now why you would remove a fast bowler from opening spell right after 3 overs?? What could be the possible reasoning. I am pretty sure Umesh being from Vidarbha has something to do with Dhoni's treatment of Yadav.

Ishant can lose matches single handedly, went for 30 runs Ashwin can, Jadeja can, all of them have gone for big runs Thing is, Yadav despite being expensive has never gone for such big runs that he has single handedly lost the match

Yadav on the other hand is yet to have one good match for some one whos supposed to be playing a role of Wicet taker , he dosent take enough wickets or even bowl enough wicket taking balls. He has picked 33 wickets in 32 matches @ 6.1 . The best hes done is pick 3 wickets in a match .

His second spell (another glorious one over spell given by our skipper) was very good, had just started to crank high 80s then taken off. Clearly Mr Corrupt worried he was looking good. Its amazing how he uses other bowlers like BK and Ishant in right way. Nice long spells, well backed, encouraged , good runs in the team. But with yadav all out to wreck him with the most insane usage possible. Clearly dhobi not insane and knows what doing in trying to ruin him. Look at BK. His 1st over is always mediocre. As takes him 4 to 5 balls to get going. Today starts with 4 ball in 73 mph range. By end of over 78 to 79. Takes even trundlers time to find rhythmun. Just imagine if he was hauled of and brought back for one over spells. He would be awful, as not way to treat a pacer. Dhoni is evil. Don't care about team winning just his personal agendas

Yadav has 3 conceded 75 or more runs on 3 ocassions of his 33 matches , thats inspite of having not finished his spells in lot of matches .if this is not single handedly losing matches , than what is ? Ishants record is worse than Yadavs ? how ?

In ODIs Ishants record is pretty good compared to Other Indian bowlers.

The sad thing is with this. I could just about handle it if was just thick and dumb tactics from a clueless skipper. But its not that. Its something more sinister. The captain is deliberately trying to use tactics to get the worst out of a bowler playing for India to suit his evil agendas. Never seen anything so disgusting in all my time following Indian cricket!
