But there is a difference between exceeding limits by a small difference in all your deliveries and exceeding them by a big difference. If its the former, something can be done.

The majority are cool about it. Its the minority who are making some crazy posts. They are gaining momentum now. You just 2-3 deluded posters to create a bunch of nonsensical threads and derail any discussion. That doesn't mean majority think the way they do. Even when Ajmal was called out for testing, I expected some major outcry but that didn't happen. The majority of posters took it the right way.
