I opened a thread about the same and everyone laughed at me. My point is, there is no harm in giving him another go in test cricket. If he fails, drop him. Its not that our current test batters are setting the stage on fire.

kubrickian Posted October 7, 2014 Posted October 7, 2014 Let him score runs in first class and then A tours before being considered for tests. Test cricket needs completely different temperament and skills. Never select a player based on ODI or T20 performance irrespective of how well he has done.
