To early to judge him' date='[b']let him play 1 more ranji season
This line is used everytime a youngster is discussed and with respect to everyone's opinions I personally hate it. Not way to develop a super talented youngster (if above is true). Think about it compared to other sports like football, would you want to develop a 20 year old in the Premier league or in 3rd division? He won't improve chit with another season of Ranji, he will just dominate another season of Ranji and waste developing years. Would rather have a youngster face highest level, get a shock, work on technique in developing years than come in at 25 confident after battering bowlers in Ranji, getting a shock in Internationals but finding out it is very difficult to change style he has used all throughout development. He doesn't need to average 55+ like many hacks have done. He doesn't need to play x amount of Ranji seasons. His stats are good enough, rest should be judged based on potential. You know Minoj Tiwary is unlikely to suceed in tests in SA, Aus but he averages 58. If Rahul seems talented he should be tried somewhere. Chappel had rotation policy was great for development of youngsters. Drawback was main XI played lesser together hence weaker results in ICC events.

Naman Ojha and Rahul are 2 guyz in prime form. In Naman's case he is in the form of his life.... Either of these fellas would be extremely unlucky if they don't get a go in the national side during this purple patch. Both guyz look to have a solid enough technique to possibly have at least 1 of them in the line-up against the Aussies down under. Unfortunately I think with rohit's injury recovery and excitement at being back on the field, it means that these types of talents will get screwed for sure.

First time I have seen KL Rahul and I was really impressed.
So much is being said about Rahul .....I haven't seen him.....is he really good technically? Most important question ...... How is his back foot play??
