bowl_out Posted November 10, 2014 Posted November 10, 2014 Ashwin has done even worse than Jaddu in bowling,specially in last Aus tour,Can make it for batting though Karn seems a LOI spinner,not sure how good hes in longer format.FC record is decent at best :hmmm: spinners take time to adapt overseas so wont be surprised to see both retained. I don't see any of our spinners doing well in Aus... Jadeja is a decent LOI player, can get a quick 40 off 30 balls, bowl 10 overs for 45 and pick two wickets and is quick in the field. But I really don't see him as a test player.... Ashwin seems to have changed his bowling style, and seemed to do well in England.... He is more than useful with the bat.... I would be inclined to play him at 6 ahead of Dhoni as well... As I keep saying , he is our answer for the sixth batsman / fifth bowler...

Or kohli wins first 2 tests and in middle of tour we change captains hes opener only.You always confuse him Karun Nair:giggle: No that is not the case I just saw him once play on to at number 3 like Ddravid used to and his name is Rahul.....since then in my head his batting position is stuck at 3 no matter how many times I see him open :cantstop:

But the only good thing abt this injury is that Dhoni the crap test captain would be out.

Saha is better keeper,and as far as batting overseas goes,cant be much worse than Dhoni(though he did well in England)
