ThePhenomenal1 Posted December 13, 2014 Posted December 13, 2014 His last test scores since those two WI hundreds in 2013: 14, 6, 0, 25, 72, 19, 0, 31*, 28, 6, 43, 6 WTF is this some joke? Just one 50, failed in SA, ENG and now AUS, only had one good innings in NZ which was bound to happen sometime. - Can't rely on him to close the match - I KNEW he would flop even if kohli and vijay got us to 100 needed to win. I posted it yesterday somewhere.:wall: - Lazy, unmotivated, garbage cricketer. I don't care what he's done in FC with an average of 60 or his ODI exploits. He has never won india a significant match tbh. What's he done in tests? Compare him to Rahane - has a 50 in SA, ENG and AUS, and a 100 in NZ and England. If there's one reason we are losing matches from winning positions its this curse called Rohit Sharma. Any way we can get him out of the frickin team?! :wall:  :((
ThePhenomenal1 Posted December 13, 2014 Author Posted December 13, 2014 Lets look at other better options: Rayudu - he has balls of steel and is solid, can play positively. Great fielder, gives his all and bowls fantastically :) (lol) M Tiwary - worked hard to improve, in form. Play the guys that are performing. N Ojha - even if dhoni comes in, n ojha can replace rohit. Ojha has big scores behind him from an AUS A-tour. Whats the point in not playing him?
amiret Posted December 13, 2014 Posted December 13, 2014 those who heaped praises on him after 209 & 264 and hailed him as the next Viv Richards ......need to Go.
ThePhenomenal1 Posted December 13, 2014 Author Posted December 13, 2014 can we keep this thread afloat so that everyone can see his last test scores. it sticks out like the sorest thumb - guy has no skill. Yet people have the nerve to bash kohli despite his brilliant innings.
Cricket_Hacker Posted December 13, 2014 Posted December 13, 2014 maniac has be AWOL since rohit got out :sherlock:
bowl_out Posted December 13, 2014 Posted December 13, 2014 those who heaped praises on him after 209 & 264 and hailed him as the next Viv Richards ......need to Go. Nobody did this except Rohit Bhakts :hysterical:
rkt.india Posted December 13, 2014 Posted December 13, 2014 those who heaped praises on him after 209 & 264 and hailed him as the next Viv Richards ......need to Go. That was ODI, what praising an ODI innings got to do with tests.
zep1706 Posted December 13, 2014 Posted December 13, 2014 I don't really know how one can be a fan of this guy. His attitude stinks which was apparent in his altercation with Steyn. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk very true. his attitude is a worst trait than any talent if he ever had. like Indian team is my *****. will rule it and screw it
Cricketics Posted December 13, 2014 Posted December 13, 2014 I don't think so. We need to persist with him for this series. Lot off other players failed to. Rohit still better than most and we have to give him few nore test to see where he stands.

Rohit still better than most and we have to give him few nore test to see where he stands. Who else failed? Dhawan also needs the boot, his only worthy performances are the NZ scores. Maybe last chance. Pujara failed in England yet made a 50 there and made 70+ last innings of this recent test match. Rahane made 60+ in the 1st innings and got a howler 2nd innings Saha played a dumb shot but he's just filling in, won't play next game. Then again, he looked better than Rohit. Who else failed? Tailenders? Even shami looked better than rohit. Just sick of persisting with rohit. Why can't we persist with rayudu or manoj tiwary? We have freakin N Ojha who scored 200 in the A-tour, so why persist with Rohit? BS
Pagalpanti Posted December 13, 2014 Posted December 13, 2014 There are tons of option back home to replace him but we don't have any options in the squad I'd prefer Rohit over Raina anyday! If Raina plays a test in Aus, that would be a new low since Vinay making his debut in Perth.
gattaca Posted December 13, 2014 Posted December 13, 2014 https://twitter.com/hashtag/rohitsharma rohit sharma trending on twitter.
kosingh Posted December 13, 2014 Posted December 13, 2014 Time to give someone else a run of 6-7 matches or whatever Rohit's had. Really need some gutsy players in the lower middle order who can play for hours and save test matches.

Play KL Rahul or heck even Ashwin and Jadeja have better attitude than No-stupid-hit Sharma
ThePhenomenal1 Posted December 13, 2014 Author Posted December 13, 2014 Rohit and Raina - both garbage in Tests. Play KL Rahul or heck even Ashwin and Jadeja have better attitude than No-stupid-hit Sharma Forget rainas and rohits. There's rayudu, he's a gritty customer. M tiwary is in form, he bowls good leggies too and a great fielder. N Ojha is another. There R Uthappa if you didn't like the other 3 options. Heck even saha can take rohit's spot for the meantime. But i prefer rayudu.
