difficult to get reverse here. Waqar was not consistent too, depended a lot on old ball and once he lost pace, depended on swing. Both not available in Aus. In Aus, you need consistency.

Waqar lost pace post 1997. After losing his pace he was nowhere near as good as before Besides, waqar was bowling to Ponting, Steve and Mark Waugh, Gilchrist etc. not an easy task when you are so reliant on pace and when u have already lost 10-15 kph on your bowling

Yadav career stats 10 matches 37 wkts @32 s/r 45!! Sure he goes for runs but he is an out and out wkt taker,what a cracking strike rate!! Was so unlucky to miss out on possible 9 test matches in saf,nzl,eng,his stats would have improved and would have grown more as a bowler
