nevada Posted January 19, 2015 Posted January 19, 2015 Without the support of the captain and coach, he wouldn't be doing this. I think he is the designated "hit man" in the Aussie team so that only he takes the blame/match fees cut/suspension etc.

Rohit apparently used some abusive language in Hindi and Warner asked him to translate. Absolutely nothing racist about that, but perhaps Warner shouldn't have gone to Rohit in the first place.

Yess its nothing bt team strategy. I have seen video on cricket Australia page 2 yrs ago abt who can sledge better in team.(funny team video) and everyone answered Warner.

But it was not deflected, Warner had no right to come and confront Hitman. Umpires will take care, players should just mind their own business..obviously they wanted to confront and rile the batsman up..

He was defended saying that it was a regular gaali which meant no harm . Am sure they say much worse things than ' speak english ' on a cricket field , Indians probably abuse them in Hindi too ..I wont be surprised if Rohit did here as well . As long as they leave it on the filed , its all fine imo

He likes fights, but he isn't stupid enough to fight for no reason. Even if it was deflected, Warner shouldn't have confronted Rohit. But my point is, he argued with him, but was not racist.
