Problem for Bangladesh is that Indian top and middle order batsmen aren't gonna shuffle around their creases like someone playing cricket for the first time. They aren't gonna make innocuous straight outside off deliveries look like the second coming of Glenn McGrath. And they won't get their best batsman run out in a manner that was last seen in an under 10 galli cricket match. Bangladesh played well to recover from a bad batting start and also bowled a good and consistent line throughout. But, they don't have the talent, experience (first knockout match ever in MCG with 80k Indian fans...yeah right) and the stamina to beat India. They couldnt finish decently with the bat cause they were tired, and they nearly lost the game in the end because their fielders were exhausted and we're giving away easy singles and twos.

Kriterion Posted March 10, 2015 Posted March 10, 2015 I'm confident that we'll be winning this. No way is Bangladesh beating us especially with the form we are in ATM. But some of their bowlers might test our batters. I was impressed by Rubel and the speeds at which he was bowling. His yorkers under pressure were also accurate. Got all the major wickets by bowling an attacking line. Taskin is a decent bowler as well in the middle overs. Mortaza looks jaded and seems to be struggling with fitness. Among their batters, Mushfiqur is consistent but barring him and Shakib they don't have the firepower to post big totals. MCG will be batter a friendly track where you'll require the power hitting. Mushy and Shakib both hit 6s off spinners at the MCG. Soumya and Sabbir have also hit huge 90+ meter sixes this WC. Only Rahane from India hit a slow bowler for 6 at the MCG.

I think BD players will put so much pressure on themselves (all thanks to their delusional fans) that they will self implode. We will win for sure margin is the only question.
