Likely against Aus in SF where both of them will happen and Jadeja will end Indias chances at WC. If Dhoni is really smart, he should replace non- scoring Rohit with Binny. It will achieve 2 things. 1.Binny can score those 15-20 runs which Rohit scores against big teams. 2. Provide cover for Jadeja incase his bowling becomes horrible in SF.

try to understand player development..a player rises to a level x, then he stagnates at that level before making improvements further to reach level x+1 even the greatest sportsmen do go through this process of stagnation right now only alternative is rayudu who himself has not played 50 matches. don't even dream about axar or binny. and you are showing ignorance by comparing him to afridi and irfan...he is far more of a batsman than they were.

Spinners will be useful on bigger Aus grounds. It is harsh to criticize him based on this game in a small ground, smaller than Chinnaswamy. Boundary behind keeper is 45 meters, offs.

How long can you going to live on the 130 he scored in triseries. It has been 6 WC matches since then and he could muster 2 50s only against associates. What I can say confidently is that Binny could definitely score those runs which Rohit has scored in this WC with the bonus of picking up 1-2 wickets every match.

His replacement, Axar, was found to be woeful with the bat in Australian conditions. Jadeja has been pretty good with bat and ball the last 2-3 years in ODIs. Yes, his bowling has been a bit disappointing in this tournament, but batting wise, he has hardly got an opportunity. I think he deserves more chances.

Rohit hasn't demonstrated that till now in the 3 key WC games against Pak, SA and WI that he has played so far. Also if Dhawan would have failed first 2 matches of WC, Iam pretty sure Dhoni would have dropped him.

That batting avg is boasted because of the not outs,stats don't represent much,even nohit avgs more than 45 as an opener but we know how he performs when he steps outside india. Jadeja's bowling has regressed a lot and even u will agree,his batting was never impressive,I won't trust him in a crunch situation at all.by the way he avgs 40 with the ball in the last 2 years and avgs 10.83 with the bat in the last12 odis
