Why do they even still have test status. They have been given enough time at the highest level to prove themselves. They have been still lying in the gutter for far too long. In this world cup. They had a flukey rain affected match against Australia and a fluky win against England thanks to umpiring. They are still a minnow. They were crying when we sent a B team, They pelted stones at West Indies when WI ejected them out of 2011 world cup. What makes it disgusting is despite everyone rate them no more than a minnow, their fans treat their side like world beaters. Can't really explain the amount of delusion. Link to comment

Pakistan batting is still 80s standard - you did not cross 225 against a single worthy opponent in this WC. Problem is just looking at head to head in mutual encounters. This is like one team winning in the common wealth and other doing better in the Olympics. I am willing to lose each and every Asia cup to Pakistan if we do better in the world cup and CT (and not just against Pak). Why should stats against one team be our benchmark? Say if we pwn every team and lose every match to Pak, will it make Pak the better team? They have qualified for the quarter finals ahead of England and played gutsily. They have 2 decent seamers in Rubel and Tashkin. They should look to improve from here instead of being delusional. They lost by 109 runs ... not by 9. Rohit's no ball decision was wrong. But he was on 90 then. Even if he were given out the outcome would not have been much different. India also got a bad decision in the match. The left handed Bangladeshi opener snicked an Umesh Yadav delivery to Dhoni ....snicko showed it but it was given not out.
