I have read again and again that Pakistanis need capability to Nuke Amritsar to Delhi and all the way to mallu land so that Kasmiris can get their right to join Holyland of Pakistan. Offcourse Lahori logic fails to understand that if they bomb Amritsar, Lahore itself will be finished because of Nuclear fallout/aftermath/radiation. So are we doomed because we got a stupid brainless neighbour?

Every other day Pakistani army keeps on asking for more nuclear weapon to bomb India and Pakistani people applaud it. I think Pakistan already got more than what India got? Secondly, Nuclear radiation is not a news but fact and hence India can not bomb Pakistan because it means to nuking Indians too.

They use it and no matter what happens to us, they will be destroyed. In their destruction, there is great danger of fall out on our side of the border which could cause heavy casualties. I am out of this discussion. Its unthinkable. So best thing is to hope that Pak will always protect them.

Say a city like Mumbai with population densities of 100,000 people per square kilometre( avg is 30 k i suppose), a Hiroshima-sized bomb can cause up to 1 mil deaths in the first say 2 weeks. A 1-megaton bomb could promptly kill several million, with the death toll rising over time as blast and thermal effects would kill people immediately. 5-10 times more would be exposed to direct radiation from the blast. Fallout would expose the entire 20 mil . Now multiply this by 2 if Delhi and Mumbai are hit, or by three if Calcutta is also hit or by 4 if Chennai or Bangalore get hit or 5 if all so we are looking at say 100 mil population loss in 3 months 100 million catastrophe ( 100 mil/ 1.2 bil).. But Pak needs 8 of 1 Megaton bombs and delivery systems to do this with 50% survivability, nuclear weapons can not just be launched in rockets, even if the core exists. What ever it is, if its non state or state, after a nuke its devil may care, Indian armed forces will simply enter pakistan and kill them all.

That in a country where every little thing, from assassinating an accused's lawyer to killing a minister to militants getting royal treatment in jails has happened, all your nukes are safe and there is no chance of it falling in bad hands? so, who is being naive here?

Its not possible to nuke the whole of India, you need tens of thousands of mega tons of yield that does not exist in the world. But fallout can reach the whole of the area is theory but how would so many deliveries get through..what would Indian armed forces do after first hit ?
