He will kick the "donkeys" into shape so they field better, hurl short pitched balls from 18 yards so that they can get rid of the weakness, talk cynically to them all the time to inspire them to prove him wrong, provide astute tactical observations and advice, etc. Seriously, I don't think so. He will be Chapell version 2. A bull headed, strong minded individual who wants to mould the team in his own way is not going to sit well with our super stars.
