It should be Aryan migration theory, not invasion , does anyone have proof of it? BTW everyone in the world is a migrant, we all came from Africa.

I do believe in the Indo-Aryan migration theory [Link]. There are two broad racial groups in India - descendants of the Ancestral North Indians [ANI](related to Central Asians, Middle Easterners and Europeans) and those of the Ancestral South Indians [ASI] who are not closely related to external groups, except the aboriginal populations in Australia.

Was busy earlier so I didn't go into detail. Here is an excerpt from one of Stephen Knapp's book where he discredits AIT. Plenty of citations provided. http://www.stephen-knapp.com/aryan_invasion_theory_the_final_nail_in_its_coffin.htm More than Knapp, it is Nicholas Kazanas, a greek Indologist, whose views I find interesting. Here is a video where he provides his arguments against the AIT. uyeJ5aUaw0o What I find interesting is that after 18 years of teaching AIT, he has a 180 degree change of thought. Why would that be the case? One can only conclude that there happened to be archaeological findings that proved otherwise and hence his change of thought. Kazanas quotes several other scholars who disprove the AIT during his lecture. One can trace the propagation of AIT to the early 19th century under the British empire. One can assume that the AIT spread as far as where the BE's influence spread. We must also realize that a lot of our historical records were destroyed by both Muslim and European invaders. It is entirely possible that those records may have contained more incriminating evidence against AIT. It is absolutely shameful that so called eminent historians, as well as the politicians of our country would propagate such a lie to further their agendas. Bunch of scumbags :finger:. Even Kazanas couldn't control himself from having a pop at Indian leftists. Then we have bollywood movies like 'Vicky Donor' that further propagate these lies.

This 'theory' is utter BS. Probably because of difference of southern and northern languages , people tend to believe in it. If a south Indian kid is raised in a Hindi speaking region, he/she seems Aryan to these people.

'Vicky donor' should be called 'chewtiya donor' as it propagates a 'theory' which is there to make a chewtiya out of Indians, plus the lead actor of the movie is a chewtiyaactor too. The movie had a couple of awesome songs though and theawesome yami gautam

The NorthWest border is the weakest for the Indian subcontinent. Chandragupta, Asoka, Iltutmish, Khaliji, Akbar, Aurangazeb, British.. all spent a lot of money in maintaining their biggest force in these regions. Because people from East Afghanistan, Ferghana etc.. dont have surplus wealth and agriculture. So they are forced to invade for sustenance. Whereas the plenty of everything in India will breed complacency.
