Zestian Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 Lower middle order is a huge problem. Dhoni, Jadeja and Ashwin. Definitely the worst among the top teams presently. :headshake: Compare that with Australia, New Zealand, SA and now even England. We are regressing.. NZ has got Elliot, Ronchi, Anderson Aus has got Faulkner, Maxwell, Marsh, MJ SA has got Roussow, Miller, Duminy England with Stokes, Morgan, Butler and now Rashid We are becoming hopeless. Entirely dependent on Rohit,Kohli,Raina and Dhawan on flat tracks :icflove: Thats the quality of posting. Precisely done. :hatsoff:

gattaca Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 yuvraj is the biggest loss. He got replaced by jadeja. who is not even 10 % of yuvi and dhoni is no where near to what he was.
fineleg Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 Dhoni needs to find the old batting form. Else, MSD is not able to play any impactful innings, and Jaddu + ashwin odi batting is a joke.
Shivaji bhonsle Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 I don't know why we focus on batting when the real reason for our loss is due to our bowling..!!
Insidious Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 +10000000000 Great post. We dont have any replacement for dhoni, we dont have any replacement for jadeja, we dont have any proper player for number 4. Have to say harbhajan is still best lower order batsman in india, just to show how much indian cricket has regressed. Time to accept that we are no longer the force we use to be.
rkt.india Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 I don't know why we focus on batting when the real reason for our loss is due to our bowling..!! How? 300 was par score on this pitch and we were 95/0 once.
rkt.india Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 Iyer, Nair, Hooda, Samson, Pandya need to be developed quickly. These selectors are useless.
maniac Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 Can't believe the day has come when England ODI team is way more exciting than Indian ODI team...may bet he scale is shifting.... Ind,Pak and SL now handsdown have the most boring ODI squads
Shivaji bhonsle Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 How? 300 was par score on this pitch and we were 95/0 once. When Virat kohli and Raina is bowling after 40 overs, you know something is wrong with your bowling.
jatinder Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 My Team Rohit Dhawan Kohli manish pandey Raina naman ohja Rishi dhawan ashwin bk pawam suyal yadav reserve :- karun nair ,rahul shukla , shahbaz nadeem We have to find No 4, No 6 and No 7.
jatinder Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 dhoni , rahane , jadeja and mohit sharma should be throw out of team .
Shivaji bhonsle Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 Iyer' date=' Nair, Hooda, Samson, Pandya need to be developed quickly. jatinder Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 Test reserve player like axar patel , ambati rayudu ,stuart binny and dhawal kulkarani . as same players keeps on playing even if there is change in conditions.
adi B Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 Its all about intent, india play too methodical in one dayers nowadays.look at Bangladesh, they knew that best way to unsettle the bowlers would be by going bang bang in the powerplay, they did it against Pakistan as well. India need to bat more aggressively at the top on these pattas,300 wasn't a big score to chase at all but we fecked it like Bangladesh would do while chasing lol. Even after being 185/5 in 36 we were in a chance, any other team, saf, aus, srl, nzl, eng would have gone close to the target(if not win it) after being in that position, india is very light in power hitting in the lower middle order
vayuu1 Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 The problem is with rohit and Dhawan it's a either way situation, kohli is out of form, Rahane the odi player hasn't stepped up, raina is good, dhoni looks past his shadow, the less said about sir's and ash batting the better, in short ur top isn't reliable anymore and ur middle to lower order sucks big time, but the worrying thing is ur bench strength looks too weak, especially in bowling, worrying sign before series against saffers.
kubrickian Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 One ODI loss and its like the goddamn end of the world. Jeez, can the wrist slitters take a deep breath and relax ?

India doesn't have the right personnel.
