India pacer Mohammed Shami, who is recovering from an injury, had another reason to celebrate Eid after becoming a proud father for the first time following the birth of his daughter. Both are doing fine,†an elated Shami told PTI. Shami, who’s out of the team for about three months, had a surgery on his left knee and was undergoing rehab at the Bangalore-based NCA. “The recovery is going perfectly and I will once again go for rehab after a few days,†the pacer added.
