Debutant Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 Nohit starts salivating at the thought of food. Thats why the fecker always gets out just before the lunch. Bhukkad sala
sage Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 Beautiful knock by Rohit to put us into a winning position. His composure and class while he batted at the toughest of times is worthy of a MotM

Debutant Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 Vinu: "Donno how many noticed that Rohit is the Second highest scorer for India in this series. And except the First test, he had useful contributions (not big enough to satisfy the critics) in each innings. " So, Sage's real name is Vinu :--D
sage Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 It is foolish to ignore Rohit's vast array of accolades my friend.
Sachin=GOD Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 I haven't really followed this series but I noticed that Rohit seemed to be getting more than the usual hate on icf as well as on twitter so I checked the series top scores. Kohli has been India's highest scorer with 233 and Rohit is 2nd with 202 runs. Both played 6 innings. Seeing the vicious criticism he has been getting, I would have thought that he scored maybe 20 or 30 runs in the whole series - turns out he is our second highest run scorer!!!

Before the start of second innings of this test Pujara had nearly scored as many runs in one innings as Rohit had in the entire series (5 innings ) .And the hate is becoz he was played ahead of the same Pujara in the first two tests . The reality is he only batted better than Rahul as others were injured(Vijay and Dhawan) dropped (Pujara) unfairly shifted(Rohit) to accommodate Rohit And Rohit is the only specialist bat (Apart from Vijay ) who hasn't scored a 100 for us in this series
BlueBee Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 I don't worry about Rohit cheerleading squad in ICF. What i am worried about is the squad that is up there in the commentary box' date=' dressing room.[/quote'] The ICF cheerleaders might be the ones in the com box and dressing room. Who knows

vvvslaxman Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 Are you Maniac's nephew :hmmm: Double id lol.. It is no coincidence he likes all the crappy players Manic likes :cantstop: . It is just not possible.
sage Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 lol the only person I back is Rohit as far as I know, and for good, intellectual reason
Silva Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 I actually think Rohit would make an excellent number 6 test batsman. But not consistent enough to be 1 of only 5 specialist batsman.
CG Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 He just needs more confidence like in odis where he blossomed after he settled as opener .If he gets few runs and feels settled he will be a match winner. He is the best stroke player in the team and even technically he has good back foot and now his front foot stride has improved.he looked even better than pujara on a difficult pitch.
Kalia_Test Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Team celebrations inside dressing room after the victory. All players and support staff covered but no Rohit. Is it because he was the one that selflessly covered everyone but shied away from lime-light himself. https://twitter.com/BCCI/status/638667057911885825 What a self-less Team man

Vijy Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 why dont you consider the possibility of him being in the loo? Or that he was excluded because of his "virginal talent"?
