What would be the key to nailing the Test series? Kohli and Rahane batting needs to step up, need a solid opener in place of Dhawan, and 6+5/7+4 - need to get it right? What the prediction for "Bangalore" pitch conditions/weather conditions in Nov?

kruiser Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 Bat well and bat big. First innings total of 400+ will give the bowlers enough to create pressure and get wickets. Our spinners and pacers are all clicking as of now. Surprisingly, it is the batting lineup that has to man up.
Old guy Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 they are gonna bat much better in coming games so its important bowlers dont start trying too many things and keep bowling in same way and also dhawan needs to go and rahul needs to play . with one more solid batsman we can get to 350-400 which should be good score. adi B 1

rkt.india Posted November 10, 2015 Posted November 10, 2015 With one batsman short, 2nd opener, whoever plays and Rahane need to step up. Rahane has surprisingly been struggling a lot against spinners. Cant win consistently depending on two batsman alone. Kohli has to bat well.
Wasim9211 Posted November 11, 2015 Posted November 11, 2015 wait and see, india might beaten by December 2015.you know whats happen, in all other format.it could be 2/2 or india beaten.india were lucky that Vijay dropped during his match winning innings of 75 while pujara got 2 , half chances during his 77.india also dropped ABD,during his 63..well I expect sporting wicket but both team batted poorly.irfan Pathan and Axer patel among runs recently,bats at 7 , we need someone who can make runs koz our tail starting with saha is way too big.saha batted resonabaly well during his innings of 20 .india do not want to give chance for new player yet we have good talent who can make runs at right time.

fineleg Posted November 11, 2015 Author Posted November 11, 2015 Nothing wrong with rank turners (as long as Ind batsmen can bat against Elgar, Tahir , Duminy and Harmer) - but our Ind batsmen need to apply themselves too.

It puts a lot of pressure on the main batters and I cant see them score consistently , the trio of Jadeja , Ashwin and Mishra will be as important with the bat as they will be with the ball . I personally think its dumb to play 5 batsmen on a bowler friendly pitch . SA need to do it cos they dont have a choice , Indias case its just unnecessary pressure on a inexperienced batting linup
