He bowled a few 154-155k deliveries.  SO the yorker ball was +3mph

He doesn't get the same pace when he tries to bowl short. Drops to the 140s. 
Off course the full ball is registered quicker on the speed gun and he's so accustomed to bowling full. But he needs to improve his short deliveries.

There is no similarities between two actions and action alone doesn't make you bowl 160.

Wasim Akram was hype! He was fast medium, never fast. At his fastest he was 145.

Starc has a beautiful repeatable action. He doesn't seem to be trying too hard to get that pace.
