express bowling Posted December 19, 2015 Posted December 19, 2015 (edited) For those fans who have not seen him bowl.....Brainder Sran is a tall, left handed , hit-the-deck, fast-medium pacer. Can swing the new ball. Gets good bounce at times. Bowls in the 128 k to 142 k range. Many of us in ICF were impressed with him after we saw him play a solitary match for RR in last year's IPL.He has taken 13 wickets from 6 matches in VH trophy ... ( 50 over matches )I personally feel that he needs at least one more year in domestic cricket to become a mature bowler and improve his stamina, accuracy, seam position etc. Edited December 20, 2015 by express bowling adi B, Rightarmfast, Adi_91 and 1 other 4
MCcricket Posted December 19, 2015 Posted December 19, 2015 Sran ,Suyal need to be inducted asap, both have pace to rattle batsmen, good Athletes, left arm, have skills also being left armers experience not a Handicap

express bowling Posted December 19, 2015 Posted December 19, 2015 (edited) @ Ironhide I have seen him bowl 134 to 142 k in a t20. In a 4 day match...He was bowling 135 to 141 k in some spellsAnd 128 k to 136 k in others. Edited December 19, 2015 by express bowling
Rightarmfast Posted December 19, 2015 Posted December 19, 2015 Even if he can sustain 135+ to 140, as a left armer he will be a good addition. Provided the kid has some stuff. Never seen him express bowling 1

In a 4 day match...He was bowling 135 to 141 k in some spellsAnd 128 k to 136 k in others. Sent from my HTC Desire C using Tapatalk I get it, he bowls 135 to 142k in limited overs cricket and around 130-135k in Ranji which is fine as bowlers are used and abused like donkeys in domestic cricket and they bowl slightly slower to preserve themselves. One good thing about Virat Kohli is he gives short burst spells to our fast bowlers in Test cricket. Edited December 19, 2015 by Ironhide

MCcricket Posted December 19, 2015 Posted December 19, 2015 (edited) ankit looks matured and better bowler that sran at this moment.....yeah ankit looks little plumpy and unfit but defeintly better left arm bowler than sran...i have been talking about Aniket since last two year, ever since SA pacer M Pringle worked as Rajasthan bowling coach he has improved greatly, yes he is a better test bowler, and should have been on A tours two years back same with Suyal, if Sran n Suyal can slant the ball away as well as bring it in to right handers more or less at their pace they will be successful, Aniket can do that plus has a lot more first class experience then Sran, but Sran has excellent performance in domestic ODI Edited December 19, 2015 by MCcricket express bowling 1
adi B Posted December 19, 2015 Posted December 19, 2015 Sran is a good variety choice,we need a left arm pacer else the attack will become too one dimensional. In Australia sran will bend his back more and with speed guns reading a bit more than elsewhere I expect him to clock 135-137k on average and occasionally 90mph barrier.Good to see trundlers being dropped ,disappointed with pandya being left out for rishi dhawan,he is clearly the better of the two express bowling 1
cowboysfan Posted December 19, 2015 Posted December 19, 2015 Yup, saw the video clips, easily bowls 135-142k, hits the deck hard too.link please, need to check out the new guys.
