Two good series going on...

West Indies tour of SA (3 ODIs and 3 T20s) : WI won the ODI series 2-1. SA lead the T20 series 1-0

Aus tour of NZ(3 ODIs and 3 T20s) : AUS won the ODI series 2-1.NZ won the T20 series 2-1.

Meanwhile India women rose to the 5th spot in the ICC womens championship.

Yes that win would have been the key for our qualification. Now we need a series of results to go our way which seems highly unlikely.

I don't even watch Womens cricket but its obvious.. I doubt if IND women's Team go through half of what ENG/AUS womens team go in Training..

AUS / ENG board even uploads videos on Youtube.. 

Not that we don't win anything. We recently won T20 series against Australia in Australia and Srilanka in India. India is the new sensation in women's cricket. Indian women's team is now getting into the Grove. Just that it will take some time for them to start making consistent performances.

And our match against Pak was one-off and we got unlucky with the rain. IND is way better than Pak.

IND girls are really really unlucky in this tournament.  

First they are denied a sure shot win vs pak by rain and yesterday a plumb LBW was refused by the moron umpire. Also need more exposure, Like IPL improved the standard of indian mens LOI cricket, girls also need to play in WBBL and England's Super league. Or if possible BCCI should start female IPL too. But the best option looks WBBL and ESL , BCCI wont start WIPL because its not financially profitable.  

Women's cricket is also a short competition. Only The BIG 3, NZ and WI are good, SA, PAK, SL and others are minnows. .
