Why have Pakistan never beaten India en route to an ICC tournament win?

It is true that Pakistan have won only 2 ICC tournaments in their entire history(same as India have won since 2011...) but what is rather telling is that Pakistan couldn't get past India in the 92 WC and in the 2009 world t20 they had to avoid India to win the whole thing.

However, India have won 3 ICC tournaments by thrashing Pakistan en route and handed them 4 defeats in the process(2007 world t20*2, 2011 WC and 2013 Champions Trophy). Of course India also have 2 ICC tournament wins in addition to this where they didn't have to beat Pakistan (WC 1983 and 2002 CT).

Pressure of the big game. Pakistan have come under pressure whereas India have found ways to beat them.

Example, Waqar getting hit by Ajay Jadeja in 1996 WC and Hafeez's horrible shot in the 2011 WC semi final. The latter is horrendous actually.

India is better at handling the pressure.... and have better players...

ICC Tournaments don't have the same prestige as winning Friendship Cup in Toronto, Singer Cup in Singapore or "Insert Ciggerate brand" Cup in Sharjah.

Whilst ICC is owned by BCCI, hence all matches are fixed in favor of India.

I always Feel all they care is to beat India In those Wc, whereas now with us now we want to win the cup

It use to be the same in both countries where it was said loose to anyone but not India and Paksitan

things have changed here we rather focus on winning the cup and take that game normally, Whereas Pakistan only cares about india. Their Media public all want them to beat india and if they loose other matches they are ok with it. Thats why against India they take extra pressure on themselves unlike Indian player who take it as normal game. 

Also Like South africa does well in Bilateral series pakistan generally raise their game against us in Bilateral series , but when it comes to crunch games like Icc tournaments they choke on that day coz they take extra pressure

You can add 2 wins of India against Pakistan in Benson and hedges world series in 1985 , though it was not ICC tournament but it was no less than champions trophy,India defeated them in group stages and then in Final

Indian's are mentally strong. Pakistan play with fear because of past results.
