I wonder who advises the govt on these kind of stupid appointments.They serve no purpose and only bring ridicule for the government. I thought after the Udta Punjab controvery Modi Govt would have learnt some lessons.But No. stuff beetle and tweaker 2

Bombay HC allowed release of udta punjab doesn't mean anything. He did what he found right according to CBFC guidelines. Bombay did what they thought right. Every individual has different thoughts. One court banned mohalla assi. Now, you cant say that court which banned mohalla wad disaster. Stop looking things just black and white. Right and wrong depends on individuals perspective. They didn't do it in case of mohalla assi. Different judges have different opinions. They aren't words of God. Court's decision has abide by. CBFC has been funcitioning same way before. Verdict is against cbfc and its functioning, not nihlani. Nihlani was only fowlloed the archaic guidelines set. Leela Samson did the same to in case of Rang Rasiya.
