Pathetic from Shirke. Trying to sabotage the tour when there are no issues and tour will likely happen smoothly. 

 

These people are ready to fall to any level. It's good that BCCI got rid of them.

According to a trail of emails in possession of DNA, after being sacked by the Supreme court, Board of Control for Cricket in India's (BCCI) secretary Ajay Shirke made several calls to England and Wales Cricket Board's (ECB) president Giles Clarke trying to convince him to call off India tour.

DNA has been reporting how BCCI's sacked and ineligible officials have been trying to derail reforms suggested by Justice Lodha Commission, following SC's January 2 interim orders.

In one such instance last week, former joint secretary Amitabh Chaudhary attempted to create a hurdle when the selection committee had gathered to pick the team for the ODI and the T20I series.

Hope the court takes a notice of this misadventure from Shirke and takes proper action against him.

Well, I doubt novice people can let things go that easily. All these novice people must have some pleasure in obtaining the wealth being available because there is no way these people under lead by Lodha committee will attack a rich board like BCCI and leave a shyt corrupt board like Indian tennis association and Kalmadi's IOC, which needs serious attention, yes more than BCCI.

 

These novice people are smart and lead by smart. They just should make sure that by taking care of their own respective pockets(something which everyone does at that level), they do not sink the rich ship.

Running the BCCI requires a lot of machivelliian skills.Skills you obtain by experience.It also requires a lot lf politicking and influence which you cultivate over years in the ICC.Now these two paise ICC boards will treat BCCI like they treat PCB or SLC.
