Workload of Bhuvi and Bumrah

Going into next year's world cup,these two are team's most vital cogs and now with them becoming test regulars as well,team management has to be very careful.We cannot overload them ,they have to managed really well by the complete support staff.This team management has a horrible record otherwise, so I am getting a bit worried about their workload.

They can be rested for useless series like the tri nation coming and other useless bilateral odis.Also with so many fast bowlers coming up ,time has come to build a strong pool.

Home grounds are for Ashwin and Jaddu. Pick Shami + 1 young pacer (nagarkoti/saini/mavi/porel etc) for support role.

I am worried for Bhumrah, this guy is our no.1 ODI & T20 bowler, hope his workload is manged well and he gets enough rest else he'll burn away.

Rest Bumrah and Bhuvi for bilateral T20Is  (  play them  only in World T20s.  )  and most  test matches in Asia. 

 

Play Thampi, Khaleel, Unadkat etc.  for the bilateral T20Is, along with Kuldeep and Chahal.

 

Play Shami, Saini  and Umesh in tests in Asia.

Was going to write about this myself .

 

We need bhuvi in eng test series as much as anyone 

We need bumrah for 2019 Wc. 

 

We need these 2 things to fall in place.

 

Their workload has to be managed now . 

 

1. Dont play them in Nidhas trophy and afghanistan test matches

2. Wi series can be used to rest them throught and try a lot of young bowlers

After winning test series in England  by third or 4th test, Bumrah or Bhuvi could be rested for 5th test to try other new bowlers and them also be rotated for some ODI’s.

Something has to give. Rest them in ODIs/T20s as much as possible. Use those formats to give experience to Nagarkoti, Thampi, Saini, Siraj etc

Start by resting Bumrah from T20Is on this tour. I would say Odis too, maybe first two?  but he's too important

Bhuvi and bumrah will improve their new ball spell in ODIs I hope after thus tour.

They need to be rested from all t20s and dead rubber odis from now on.
