vvvslaxman
He has to watch all his old videos and length he bowled. SOme of the top batsmen could not pick him in the air. He can trigger a dramatic collapse and also if he gets going he can create a lot panic amongst opposition. Chahal is already in great form. If these two get going it will be an exhausting experience for any team to see 20 overs off in the middle. Chahal is an intelligent bowler. But Kuldeep in full flight is a different breed. He just had to get his length right. flamy and The Dark Horse 2 Link to comment
Gollum
If you are going by the best deliveries and most awesome dismissals Ashwin's wizardry has no equal, but that doesn't translate to how good that bowler is in the format. Kuldeep bowling too slow IMO, shouldn't start against Pakistan. Unleash Beast Shami !!!! Edited June 15, 2019 by Gollum diehardpacer and zen 2 Link to comment

Khota
India cxannot afford two spinners against Pakistan. Look at what WI did and that should be the blueprint. nevada 1 Link to comment

vvvslaxman
We cannot have 4 right arm seamers bowling. If the pitch offers nothing for seamers then India will struggle to contain. For sheer variety we must play Kuldeep Link to comment

Especially if rainy and overcast conditons, seamers are a must. One leg spinner is enough, these not asian pitches. Against teams which struggle against spin you can play two. There is no reliable 3rd seamer for India(pandya is not reliable) so we essentially have 2 seamers only, so shami must play. Either Kuldeep or Chahal must go, so based on current form, Kuldeep must sit out. diehardpacer 1 Link to comment

Look at today's match where all Aussie seamers were cartered around. Link to comment
vvvslaxman
As i said when in form he can absolutely flummox batsmen. Link to comment
vvvslaxman
This is why you have to back up your trump cards. We cannot chop and change willy nilly with a statement "people have started picking him". What is there to pick He is a conventional china man bowler. There is nothing mystery about it. His only issue was landing. He got it right today. Every batsman was clueless. Link to comment
