Definitely overrated but they're also not as bad as it is made out to be. There are somewhere in between.

Not at all. This is a discussion thread. And people's opinions here are likely to change depending on the performance in each match. It's always interesting to look back at all the comments in the thread as the tournament goes on. Another bad day and people are likely to bring out their pitchforks again.

So today magically our bowling was good. You have to accept sometimes batsman can also be the cause of losing. Indians are very dismissive of their bowlers. No wonder we struggle to develop good bowler inspire of initial spark shown by them.

That's why picking up wickets is so crucial. Last match we screwed up in the middle overs. Ashwin and Jaddu bowled well to pick up wickets in the middle overs and the run outs helped a lot too.

I believe so - out of 5 games this CT they did badly against two so-so batting sides.

We didn't play right combo....shami umesh bumrah were ideal combo. shami and umesh are wicket takers especially shami.
Bumrah is not new ball bowler his should 5 overs in middle and 5 overs in death.
Bhuvi looks good on eye with sincere work ethics but he has 68 wickets in 65 matches for a reason. Can't afford such poor record from new ball bowler.
Ragarding finger spinners the less said the better

In ODIs since WC 2015, Ash and Jaddu should not even be called spinners - they are just slow medium bowlers like Jimmy Amarnath.
