Doubt that it's white man phobia. Srinath judges his cases more or less in same way most of the time. Can't post anything to support my claim, but it has been the impression built in long time.

Can we draw an analogy there? Document says that umpires can decline reviews in such cases. So there is no case of other punishment here, unless it is specifically mentioned?

Not a correct analogy as beamers are unintentional more often than not.... and taking dressing room help has to be intentional.

It is not like Srinath/Madugalle are doing it on purpose. It has been ingrained in their systems.I can't post anything to support my claim either.But these are my observations. 

 

Making a spinning pitch is called doctoring the pitch but making a green top to suit home team strength is termed excellent.These are myths which have been propagated by white nations. Mind you the same people resorted to making spinning pitches  and came up with rule changes to stop the might of WI in 1980s. If they play T20s it is good for the game but if Indians play IPL it is killing the game. 

 

One more example two odis where more than 800 plus runs are scored one is termed greatest Odi of all time while second one is dubbed killing the game by  same journalists.

 

All these things lead to incidents like Stuart Broad getting away with stepping on ball. Why do you think two reviews per 80 overs was introduced.All I am saying is this ICC is so biased in administering the game that it has no credibility left.Guys like Malcolm speed have left their imprints which are still hard to overcome.

Which Kohli was in violation of when suggesting repeated systematic cheating in the post match press conference with no evidence. I thought it looked pretty clear that both boards agreed not to pursue punishments against each other as each captain recieving punishments during the series wouldn't benefit anyone.

If Smith was punished as soon as it happened , Kohli's reaction would have been different .Kohli never said the word "cheating" himself so I don't think he did anything wrong.

 

The problem is instigator never gets punished Rabada was instigated by Stokes who is no saint but he escaped but Rabada got punished.If ICC bans sledging all together it will be Aussies then Pommies who will protest against it first.

Yes,  in general non whites , asians in particular get rough treatments when  compared to whites is  a well known factor. But what the hell , the so called influential BCCI is doing to stop such discriminations against Indian players???

Not coming too fast??? That would have hurt Rahul too if it had hit him. The problem is with the ICC not enforcing the rules equally for all and this is not the first time the ICC has done something like this.
