I would go with 2 spinners cos I always felt that was our strength except on 3 day green tracks. We never even gave it a shot. Going by Kohli's past moves, what could happen is this: Vijay Dhawan/Rahul (mostly Dhawan) Kohli Rahane Rohit DK (wk) Pandya/Jaddu (mostly Jaddu) Bhuvi Shami Ishant Bumrah

How 2 new players are expected to perform straightaway in SA? Current set of players are more likely to improve their performance.

sensible-indian Posted January 17, 2018 Posted January 17, 2018 Pandya is obviously a great talent. Has real ability with bat and ball. But he needs to have a core competency. Is he a batsman or a bowler? He must work on becoming a reliable number 6 bat who can get 100s.

Has to bat like a batsman. If Wanderers is pure pace track where even 1 spinner is too much, then Pandya should be in there. But I have a soft spot for 2 spinners.

With he ll get better in one aspect At this point its not what he is compare to others all rounders and he is very young lets not forget that He is contributing in many ways, playing batsman ahead of him who arent scoring runs, isnt as good as him on field , doesnt even bowl..... Aise kagazi batsman khilane ka kya faida
