She is sitting right next to him. Kids of that age are not afraid of a touch unless they know it is inappropriate. She seems little older than the other kids. She could be victim as well. Just saying not sure. The peck wasnt harmless. There is abir/gulal on her face. He carefully wipes it off her lips and then goes on with whatever.

If the girl in question filed the complaint, then the case is fair otherwise it's propaganda fuel. Also why did the news mention 'dalit girl' ? What was the purpose? That Papon is the high cast misogynist exploiting a dalit? We must ask questions and keep things in check, otherwise a time may come when being plain friendly with a woman will be counted as molestation.

I came for better education of course, emigration is not my priority. I had nothing against feminism before but after studying what is the cause of high crime rates in African American community I have gone against it. Feminism has created a culture of single mothers in that community due to which the kids do not have a positive male role models, hence they have no direction on what to do in life. As a result they vent their frustration by getting involved in gang crimes. The mothers are not to be blamed for this of course but the brainwashing that patriarchy is evil has aggravated things and confused women. I believe Asian countries except Islamic nations do not need feminism because the sense of community and family is still alive and women are given the respect they deserve. Peshust 1

It's actually the other way round, dowry deaths, female infanticide and etc. represent only a section of Indian society. Women in India do have to deal with obstacles but on an average they are doing at least ok compared to the rest of the world. In African American community it's not restricted to a section, it's a much bigger problem. Living here I see it on regular basis, would not like to cite examples here because I don't like to leak personal info about someone.
