Its appalling to see the sense of entitlement these guys boast. Tell these idiots to ask for Sharia in United States. I mean whatever happens, their approach is , "No blah blah, we do it this way in xxxx". But why? and who cares how you do it. India a country, a democratic one and one of the most important country in the world history. We bloody have a democracy. just shut up and fall in line.

Both Nida and Shabina have now lodged a case in the local police station against five individuals after receiving death threats.

The two alleged that the local clerics have said that “people who do not follow Shariat are automatically considered out of the Islam” and those who raise their voice against Shariat will face ““dire consequences”.

SP (City) Abhinandan Singh said that a case has been registered. “The orders for investigation have been given,” he said.

Bareilly’s Shekhar Imam Mufti Khurshid Alam said people opining against Shariat and critiquing Halala are doing so to gain media attention.

“Some people are giving statements against Talaq and Halala just to gain media attention. We do not need to throw anyone out of Islam, people who speak against Shariat are automatically considered out of Islam,” said the cleriric

When your Sharia laws are screwd up....what kind of justice are they going to provide.

 

 

I am wondering what to think about this woman Shabina. 

 

We are sincerely fighting against Nikah-Halala, but it may be that some women try to use our struggle for their wrongful personal interests. 

 

This woman (Shabina) perhaps even don't know that Nikah or Nikah-e-Halala is not allowed with the father-in-law. Therefore, I am very doubtful about her.  Perhaps she wants some kind of personal revenge against his husband. 

 

Therefore, be aware of such cases.

AN FIR has been lodged against a Kairana resident on the basis of a police complaint filed by his wife, accusing him of harassing her and giving her triple talaq after she gave birth to a girl child.

The woman’s in-laws, who have also been booked, allegedly started harassing her and demanded a motorcycle and cash after she gave delivered the child 10 days ago. The FIR was registered at Kairana police station on Friday against the husband Zulfikar, mother-in-law, sister-in-law and brother-in-law of the complainant, Shadima, under several IPC sections, police said.

Additional SP, Shamli, Shlok Kumar, said, “The woman came to the police station three days ago with her child and filed a complaint against her husband and in-laws.

Nothing wrong in it? Yes, a controversial step but as they say, if Shariat courts can exist under Indian Constitution, then why not Hindu courts?

 

Because just like Sharia laws...this is a backward step.  

This also gives unnecessary power in the hands of  some people over others.

What stops these courts from misusing powers?

 

It is like saying" woh pahad se kooden to hum kyun na kooden"

It could be long term. They are hoping for more reactions, like educated women like you will be giving. Thus waking up the authorities of this issue which they’ve been ignoring for long...

 

See you either keep on ignoring the issues in hand or allow everybody to have their own personal laws...

 

Muslims are not special people to have their own Shariat laws in a democracy like us...

There is still some difference between both laws. Precisely in one, they talk about kafirs so let's not make it equals....

Make some make believe law and call it hindu law?

Mazaak bana rahe hain dharma ka.

Why call it hindu law?

 

You have a problem with muslims having their own personal law....fight it in court.

If you want your extra constitutional courts ....call them mahasabha courts or any other courts.

 

Just any excuse to have power.

These people give a bad name to a fine religion.Hindu dharma ke dhekedaar ban gaye !

 

By naming some laws as hindu laws in competition with silly shariat law is itself an insult to their religion .

Now all we need is some Fatwas from these self appointed judges to bring down standard of our religion .

 

Instead of moving forward....take your religion backward . Cut your nose to spite your face.

 

What next...ask for rights to polygamy?

Next....triple talaaq?

It should be forbidden to name it "Sharia Court". Court is there to give the "Decisions", which should be followed. 

 

Therefore, Government should ban the Muslims to use the word "Court" for their services. Instead of this, they may name it "Sharia Counsellor Service". 

 

Very Important:

Government should make it obligatory for these Counsellor Services to follow all the RULES which are applied to a Counsellors like Psychiatrists.
First of them is TOTAL PRIVACY. 
This means that these Counsellor Services could not make open the details of the case to the Public. This will save the parties from the social pressure of the society. 

If these Counsellor Services make the private details open, then they should be fined heavily and they should loose their licence.

I read the complete article.

 

* It says that they are opening these Hindu Courts  "As Reaction" to the Muslim Sharia Courts. 

* And they will award the punishments, even of killing, for going against the Hindu laws. 

 

Since this is only a reactionary step, therefore let us not get serious about it. 

But on the other side, I have also learnt to never under estimate the stupidity of the extremists. :facepalm:

It would be a good step if the Court stops them. 

But I am not a big fan of using force in the 1st step. But I believe that better option is always this if we could convince the people verbally and they themselves back off. 

Otherwise human psyche is always like this that it is making allegations against others and seeing oneself as deprived of the rights etc. 

 

Here the main problem is only the Muslim Community. 

Let them give an alternative in name of Sharia Counsellor Services, with Privacy as the condition so that society could not exert it's pressure on any party. 
I am sure many Muslims will understand it and stop the demand of any Sharia court. 

And those, who still keep on demanding Sharia Courts, then they should be pushed back through the force and this will not bring any damage while others will not follow them. 

 

Mullah want to attract the Muslim masses through such tactics. But I want the repetition of 3 Talaq case where the Indian Muslim women realised oppression against them and stood against these Mullahs and made mockery of them.
