Why Axar is always picked in ODIs ahead of Sir Jadeja?

Both are left arm spinners.Axar has not done anything great either with the ball or with the bat.Then why the selectors are always persisting with Axar when Jadeja has tons of experience.

Axar & Shardul both always sneek in to the team through the queue system.

 

Siraj is taking wickets against strong A teams both in home & away series, but he can't jump the queue ahead of Shardul.

 

Krunal,Gowtam, Gopal, could have been tried instead of Axar

Jadeja has been useless after worldcup in Odis. His contribution with bat is next to nothing. He is very good fielder but as bowler he is quite average. With Kuldeep doing well i doubt he will again be able to make in xi now.

Both are useless. Jadeja is past his time in ODIs and Axar is too mediocre to survive at this level.

The problem with these selectors are they make poor initial selections and then to avoid being seen as unfair, these poor selections need to be given a run in the side and fail before they are discarded. By this time guys in hot form often hit a barren patch and miss the boat.
