This is so boring. Gosh SRT and Ganguly would have murdered these bowlers.

Sehwag & Gambhir would have shown intent. I think KL will show intent. Not sure about Dhawan.

Three changes for India - Rohit, Markande and Umesh out. Dhawan, Vijay Shankar and Kaul in

No Tuktuk Sharma so Ind’s chances improve :yay:

Look after two overs, the scoreboard reads 4 runs for 0 wickets.Ā They started boundaries only in 3rd over.Ā
It is something to do with our approach and not just tuk tuk sharma.Ā

Though Dhawan is an upgrade over Tuktuk Sharma, why not try Pant as an opener .... and at the end of the day, why Tuktuk Sharma and Dhawan are played in T20s? :hmmmm:

I blame the arrogance of Kohli who thought the batting was fine when India was winning.

Ā

All it did was mask a soft tender middle order batting.

COnventional ODI batsmen will start like conventional ODI batsmen. Unlike 50 over cricket you have to start hitting from first over till 20th over if possible. But it is almost always not possible for us in T20.

Your mind bowling lineup looks a bit weak tonight? Is there any of your batsmen capable of bowling in case something doesn't work.

Ā

Seems a pretty risky strategy to me. But I don't know enough about everyone to really be certain

If one of these guys get out, Kohli, another tuktukerĀ relatively, walks in :wall:

I agree with you. T20s require a different mindset even for openers. I am just saying Rohit Sharma alone is not the reason but the approach by the team. If team management is serious, they should have let Pant open the innings.
