RCB, KXIP, DC and RR are not expected to reach the playoff for the same above reasons. Which team in your opinion is the dark horse to win IPL 2019. Moochad Posted March 23, 2019 Posted March 23, 2019 DC probably b/c the young players have more room for improvement. I don't see anything positive in RR or KP teams to win this season. They will need lightning in a bottle.
